Important Update : Silicon Practice Websites

Silicon Practice (Schappit Ltd.), the website provider for all Derby City North PCN Practices, has gone into administration and Silicon Practice/FootFall websites are currently unavailable.

As a patient, if you usually access your GP practice website through this service, please be aware that some online information and services may be temporarily affected. Individual practices will provide alternative ways to access information and services where needed while the situation is clarified.

We will share further updates on the Derby City North PCN website as they become available.
